Congratulations on your engagement and your wedding day! We know the importance of preserving these special memories for years to come. One of your first questions is going to be "so how much will it cost"? Of course there are other important considerations in choosing your photographer besides the investment, to begin look at these things.

First, we will meet with the two of you to review your event and discuss the best way to cover your wedding and how to accomplish your "vision" of the finished product. We price our work based on the amount of time we spend with you. Our price includes time before, during and after the wedding. We include at no extra cost a 2-hour pre-wedding day engagement photo shoot where you both will tell your "love story", how you met and fell in love. We also include 1 hour (each) before the wedding for the preparation of the Bride and Groom. On your wedding day we will not disappoint you by attempting to do a thorough job with only one camera. Thus we always shoot with at least two (2) videographers (male or female) and two (2) 3CCD Digital, Standard (SD) or Hi Definition (HDV), video cameras at the wedding and the reception. When requested we can add additional cameras and personnel at additional cost. We are pleased to begin well in advance of your wedding day by being available for you before the wedding day. We always do on-sight inspections of all locations for wedding and reception prior to the day of the shoot. We can also attend any engagement affairs, showers, rehearsal events, any special moments prior to the wedding day. These extras can be purchased at a low hourly rate. We can provide the latest "SDE" (Same-Day-Editing) feature where we will show your wedding highlights at the reception on a large Flat Panel Display (50"+) or on a projector and screen.
Our special offer for 2009 is to provide you with a Free iPod with a complete copy of the completed video and the “Highlight Cinematic” version.
Following the wedding our editors will sit with the couple and review a “rough cut” of the raw footage and discuss the look and feel they desire for the final version. We will add music (ours or what you supply), titles, graphics, etc. to enhance the production. Acceptable quality video footage and photos from friends, the honeymoon, childhood, engagement, etc. can be added to the production. The finished product will be delivered in either DVD or HDV format. You will receive three (3) copies of the completed "Documentary" version, which will be approximately 1 hour in length. In addition we provide five (5) copies of a 10-15 minute "Cinematic" highlight version. 
Additional “copies of either version can be provided at a minimal cost for “thank you notes for friends and family or for those who could not be present. We will deliver the project within two (2) months of the editing consultation. Your wedding day coverage can be from 4 to 8 hours (remember with any package you will get 4 extra hours (2 for engagement shoot and 2 for ‘getting dressed” shoot) at a cost of $1000 to $4500 based upon what you wish to include. After our meeting Weddings on Film and Video will send you a cost proposal.
